ESPN makes Bob Knight apologize for Kentucky comments

“My overall point is that ‘one and dones’ are not healthy for college basketball,” Knight said. “I should not have made it personal to Kentucky and its players and I apologize.”

That’s it.  After Bob Knight made false accusations about Kentucky and freshmen John Wall, DeMarcus Cousins, and Eric Bledsoe, he makes an attempt to apologize.  Wow, not much there is it.

It was not as much the one and done comments that made the Kentucky fan base(including myself) upset, it was the accusation that those guys didn't attend spring classes, in which they did.

That wasn't an apology. And Knight is right. Kentucky fans agreed when Cal was at Memphis.
